    Larnell has dedicated his professional life to helping others reach their full potential. He has worked as a one-on-one executive coach and talent placement specialist for non-profits, education, and for-profits, driving their strategic plans forward through game changing talent.

    He is the founder and acting CEO of Larnell Vickers Enterprises, LLC. He and his team empower people to live their best personal and professional lives by matching them with like-minded organizations. In the last five years, they have partnered with more than 25 organizations, placed more than 100 individuals, and supported more than 150 professionals through top-tier coaching.

  • Director of Programming & Career Coach

    Leandria is our Director of Programming and one of our amazing coaches. She has eight years of experience in helping professionals achieve purposeful careers at competitive salaries across education, non-profit, and tech. Beyond empowering people of color to land a job, Leandria seeks to equip them with a clear and confident mindset as they chart a career path to fulfillment and success.

    As a certified Whole Person Coach, she is committed to helping each and every one of her clients tap into their full potential and make it a reality. Leandria spends her free time coaching clients through her own practice, Leandria Devis Coaching and caring for her two fur babies, Maui and Maggie.

    Cristina is our Community Manager and a lifelong learner and educator. She brings eight years of experience in client consulting, customer success, and digital marketing for the tech industry. She believes experience is our biggest teacher in life. True to form, she has served as Director of Student Engagement and led diversity and inclusion for several startup companies. Most recently, she founded Cristina Costa Coaching to offer her personal and professional coaching services to talent of color. Cristina is Latina and was born and raised in Boston. She is an outspoken advocate for equity and inclusion for all people of color with a fierce commitment to battling today’s digital divide.
